Full janitorial service to multiple medical clinics in the Santa Cruz division of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.  Services include cleaning all common areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms and restrooms.  Regular hard floor care and carpet care is provided.  Exterior building services such as grounds maintenance and power washing are also handled by Clean Building Maintenance Company.  

Plantronics, Inc.

Full janitorial services to their corporate headquarters.  Facility is over 200,000 square feet.  Our services include day porter services, window cleaning, exterior building services and nightly janitorial services.  

City of Capitola

Full service janitorial services to all administrative buildings such as City Hall and the police deparment.  Large portion of the city parks and public restrooms also seviced.  Weekend and holiday services performed.
